Happy Monday! Hope you all had a wonderful weekend - it's been so hot for us here in California and finally was able to get into my studio to stamp. Anyway, I have two CAS cards for you today. The first is a triple challenge and the second one is with Unity's June kit...love it!
The CAS challenge over at SCS is a Ways to Use It challenge - we were to add glitter, Stickles, or Iridescent Ice (or similar product) to your card to use glitter, sparkle Here's the first one, Laugh...Life is good!
My inspiration came from this week's Hope Stamps Eternal Cupcake Inspiration Challenge (CIC13) and the sketch is from this week's Clean and Simple Stamping blog's Fall to Layout #48 Challenge.
The base for the card is SU! Designer paper which I cut out on the Big Shot with the Scallop Circle Die. I also cut out a piece of Whisper White card stock and adhered it to the left side of the card front. Down the middle I added some soon to be release SU! Polka Dot ribbon.
On a scrap piece of paper I stamped two butterflies from the Flight of the Butterfly set, coated them with glue and and dipped them into Dazzling Diamond Glitter. I adhered them to card front along with some layered felt flowers from the Flower Fusion Kit which I held together with a rhinestone brad.
The sentiment is actually rub-ons from the Bright Delight pack. The "laugh" part I rubbed-on onto the card front and filled it in with a black marker. The "life is good" part I rubbed onto a piece of white card stock and punched it out with the Modern Label punch. I added some black doodling around the label to make it pop a bit.

This next card is also for SCS's CAS challenge for this week. Forthe glitz on this card I used rhinestone...not sure if it qualifies, but what the heck, it shines. So here it is, Friend to Friend.
The image and sentiment are from the Unity's June Kit of the Month. I colored the image in with Copics and added some rhinestones to the middle and above the top flower.
The sentiment I stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto a piece of Baby Safari (Little Yellow Bicycle) designer paper I added towards the bottom of the card front. Across the middle I added some cream ribbon and a pearl/bead pin.
Check back later on tonight or early tomorrow morning for a special blog hop you won't want to miss.
Thanks for stopping by!
