Happy late Friday and welcome to a fun blog hop being hosted by members of StampTV Center Stage Alumni. This time around we are digging into our Treasure Chests for fun images and sentiments we can use on treat holders for Christmas or New Year's Eve. If you arrived from Deb Felts blog, then you're at the right place! To start at the beginning, please go to StampTV and hop from there.
I decided to go witha Christmas theme and more specifically an ornament that can also be used as a treat holder or gift card holder. Here's a photo of them both.
Here's a close-up of the ornament with some treats in it.
A photo of ornament with a gift card in it.
I put video tutorial to walk you through how I put it together and if you'd like to follow along, here's what you'll need:
- 2-3/4" x 8-1/2" piece of Felt
- 12" of Ribbon
- 8" of Twine
- Embossing Floss & Needle
- A spool
- Brad
- Two Buttons
- Sentiment (from Gina K. Designs - Wishing You Joy StampTV set)
- Tag (from Gina K. Designs - Wishing You Joy StampTV set)
You can access the step-by-step video tutorial below or over at YouTube. I upload my videos in HD so feel free to change it to that view.
