Happy Tuesday! The Design Team for Gina K. Designs welcomes you to another fabulous Inspiration Blog Hop! Gina and the Design Team will inspire you with many beautiful ideas! And as you hop through their blogs, make sure to leave a comment on each of them because we will choose a few random comments and those stampers will each win a grab bag of Gina K. Designs products! We're continuing these series of hops with three more sets: Birds and Blossoms, Spoon Me, and Simple Hearts. First up is a card with Birds and Blossoms by Theresa Momber.
Theresa brings us another delightful set, beautifully drawn, and so inspirational given the weather we've been having. I love this sentiment and wanted it to be the focus of the card. Around my house I always make it a point to put fresh flowers in vases. Whether is a single bud or small arrangements and while I walk around during day or come home from a hard day at work, lovely flowers greet me and it instantly puts a smile on my face.
One thing to note about this card is the in the center of the flowers I added some flock. Could easily be substitute for glitter, Stickles, or even beads. It's a nice touch to give the flowers some dimension. For the embellishments I wanted to keep rustic and go with the nature theme so I settled on twine and a brown button from the Coffee House collection.

Next up is a card using Spoon Me by Becky Oehlers.
LOVE anything retro and this set is just that. With catchy lines and clean-drawn images, trust me you'll have fun with this set.
I wanted to pop the pin up so I decided to stamp it, cut it out, and adhere it to the card front with pop dots. I suggest you try this with at least one item on your card, it makes them quite unique. As you can tell, I'm having fun not only with this set but with all the new accessories. Here you can see one of the new buttons as well as some beautiful new ribbon.

Last, but not least, a project using Simple Hearts by Tami Mayberry.
This gift set is going to my nephew's teacher. I thought it might be fun to make her something she can later use to store stuff. Here she can add paperclips, buttons, and other such items when she's done with the chocolate.
Try to think outside the box when it comes to gifts. Upcycling or finding other uses for everyday things is a fun way to be able to give lovely unique gifts.
